• Planning, coordination and implementation of sales activities for the acquisition and retention of existing and new customers• Working independently with a clear focus on sales targets and ensuring that sales and earnings targets for our product range are met
• Price calculations, preparation of quotations and consistent follow-up work
• Continuous development as well as sustainable maintenance of our customer relationships under consideration of selected guidelines
• Planning, development and implementation of social media activities, publications on social media channels as well as responsibility for moderation and support of the posts
• Competition monitoring and trend analysis
• Researching current topics and creating content / texts
• Conducting customer training
• Participation in trade fairs
SKILLS THAT ARE REQUIRED:
• Completed commercial training or business management studies• Several years of professional experience in B2B sales
• Experience in social media management as well as good knowledge in online marketing e.g. with Facebook, etc.
• Confidence in dealing with the usual sales KPIs as well as in interpreting reports and analyses
• Routine handling of the MS Office package as well as ERP systems
• Fluency in German and English
• Fun and creativity in writing texts as well as a flair for addressing target groups
• Passion for sales, perseverance and pleasure in advising B2B customers
• Distinct communication skills, confident appearance towards customers as well as appropriate negotiation skills
• Assertiveness as well as obliging appearance
• Pleasure in solution-oriented selling as well as a high degree of initiative and service orientation
